After waiting months I have finally been able to share my new Underwater mini series "Loveland"- this concept has been in my head for such a long time, it was a pleasure working with the team to create these images.
I was also very honoured to have the series featured on front cover of Gold Coast's COVE magazine, as well as exhibiting the work in Melbourne's gallery "Manyung Galleries".
"Painting-like images, the reimagining of storybook concepts and bespoke exaggerated sets come together in a unique combination of Underwater Fine Art and Fashion Photography.
Pictured is the new mini series "Loveland", currently exhibiting in Melbourne's "Manyung Galleries" this month alongside other underwater pieces. The four images in the Loveland series are reminiscent of the Alice in Wonderland tale paired with an exploration of love, heartache and childlike euphoria. Playful designer label "I Found Lucy" features striking customised couture designs. Genius Gold Coast based makeup and hair stylist "Kylie's Professional" of vegan mineral makeup brand "Mineral Goddess" frequently works alongside Beth and brings a wonderful creative flair to the makeup artistry.
Brittney Brockhurst of Dallys Models depicts our sweetheart character in each scene. All sets are handcrafted, built and photographed underwater by Beth, whilst Brittney braved the cold pre-summer water to dance among giant hearts and flowers."
